Katie and I made apple pie the other night. We had a great time. I made the crust, she made the filling. I should have had her put in a little more cornstarch, cuz it was too runny, but it was delicious. Now I need my sweet husband home to help us eat it, because it's too sweet for me and Katie is the only other person who likes it. :)

Oh Yum, Katie...you can make an apple pie for me anytime. I love it. Plus add a couple slices of cheddar cheese to eat with it and it is so good. Of course lots of people want ice cream with it so that's okay, too. Your pie looked absolutely beautiful and delicious. Love you, Grandma Sankey
Hey you! I have to agree with your mom( boy, that sure hasn't happened very often)the pie look's wonderful...'course the cook looks "purdy" good too!! cute idea about the pilgrim lid's. If I not mistaken Taylor looks like he cares alot more about eating them than the "project". Love, Andrew

Cute Pilgrim's hats...have to remember that project for my boys to try.
Oh my goodness - that apple pie looks scrumptious! I'd love to have a piece right now. Can you plan on making one when you come to Mexico? Hope so!
