Smack your Granny!!!

Well, I just went to the airport and picked up Uncle Carson (Scarbrough) and he just made my evening by pulling about 10 tomatoes out of his suitcase. I'm 'bout to rise up and call him blessed, and whoever else may have thought to send these luscious beauties. (A. Linda) So, of course, it doesn't matter that it was 10:30 p.m. I had to have some with some cottage cheese on top. Oh, I'm in heaven....

They look sooooo good. I have yet to find a really good place to get fresh tomatoes around here - weird, huh? Hope you have fun with Carson - I am sure you will!!

No, no, no...you don't eat them with cottage cheese!! You slice them and put them on fresh, white bread with mayo!!! Now THAT'S something to make you slap your grandma!!

Vonnie,
Glad you are enjoying the tomatoes from the garden of one of our church families. I am missing my husband!

Just wait 'til you are a 'granny'! You won't be wanting people to be smacking their grannies so often! Just joking! Love, Sherry Dickinson-Kimberly, Sarah, Noah, & Isaiah's granny.

Vonnie, I laughed when I read your comment..."What Andrew had other girlfriends?!" Vonnie, Andrew and I had a great time talking on the phone when he was on a lay-over flying back to AK from IN. He and I were talking about what a GREAT wife you are! I am serious when I say that we are THRILLED that Andrew married you (and that Lincoln married Lyn)...we would want NO other ladies...y'all are perfect wives for A and L. =)

Love ya, Heather =)

Those look so yummy! Our garden is just now starting to produce the red tomatoes. I think they aren't getting enough sun or something but they are FINALLY turning red. I am hoping for enough so I can do some canning this year.
